Privacy Policy

Augur BI ("Augur," "we," "us") is a business-intelligence platform for managed service providers (MSPs), operated by Palladium Works. This policy describes what data Augur collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Augur application at app.augurbi.com and admin.augurbi.com.
Data we collect
- Account data. Name, email address, and authentication records for users invited to Augur by their organization.
- Connected-system data. With your organization's explicit authorization, Augur connects read-only to business systems you choose — such as a PSA (e.g. HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask), RMM (e.g. NinjaOne), documentation platform (e.g. Hudu), CRM (e.g. HighLevel), or accounting platform (e.g. QuickBooks Online) — and imports business records such as tickets, invoices, contacts, companies, and device inventory for reporting and analytics.
- Usage data. Standard application logs (timestamps, pages and features used, IP address) for security and troubleshooting.
What we never collect
- Augur never imports stored passwords or credential vault contents from connected systems. Fields labeled as passwords, secrets, or confidential are stripped before storage.
- Augur does not collect payment card numbers or bank account credentials.
How we use data
- To provide dashboards, reports, metrics, and AI-assisted analysis to your organization.
- To operate, secure, and support the service.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except the subprocessors below.
QuickBooks and other connected accounts
When your organization connects QuickBooks Online, Augur uses Intuit's OAuth authorization to obtain read-only access tokens. Augur reads invoice and customer records for financial reporting and never writes to your QuickBooks company. You can revoke Augur's access at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or by deleting the connector inside Augur; revocation invalidates the stored tokens. The same read-only, revocable model applies to every other connected system.
Storage and security
- Each customer organization's data is stored in its own isolated database.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; connector credentials and OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer (AES-256-GCM).
- Access is restricted by role-based permissions defined by your organization's administrators.
Subprocessors
Augur runs on vetted infrastructure providers: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and — only if your organization enables AI features — the AI provider your organization configures (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI). Data sent to an AI provider is limited to what is needed to answer the query, and organizations can restrict specific clients to metadata-only analysis (Compliance Mode).
Retention and deletion
Imported business records are retained while your organization's subscription is active. On termination, or on written request, your organization's database and stored credentials are deleted. Individual connectors can be deleted at any time, which removes their stored credentials immediately.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Requests can be sent to support@augurbi.com; where Augur processes data on behalf of your MSP or employer, we may direct the request to that organization as the data controller.

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
